Sell better to the customers who already chose you.
Growalty Enterprise is the Commercial Intelligence platform for chains, franchises and organizations with multiple points of sale. Identify every customer across your network, understand how they really buy, and launch segmented, measurable campaigns location by location.
Growalty started as a platform for independent businesses, and today more than 100 active businesses across seven countries in Latin America and Europe use it. Enterprise takes that foundation — sign-up at the counter, wallet with no apps, automations — and scales it to chains and franchises.

The missing step is turning that recurrence into a measurable, actionable relationship you own.
Your network generates thousands of transactions every week. A huge base that already chose your brand. The problem: most of those transactions are anonymous — you don't know who bought, how much they spent, or whether they'll come back.
Get every customer coming back more often, with clear reasons to choose you.
Increase the value of every purchase with incentives designed by category and location.
Build a brand bond that competes on habit, not just on price.
Go from an anonymous customer to an identified one, with a real purchase history.
Three steps that turn anonymous transactions into measurable relationships.
Sign-up via QR at the counter, a link on social media, or on your site. Customers identify with an ID document (DNI, cédula, or RUT depending on the country), or with a digital card in Apple Wallet / Google Wallet if you prefer that experience. No apps to download in any case.
A history is built automatically: frequency, average ticket, usual location, preferred products. Every transaction is linked to that profile, wherever they buy within the network.
With a segmented base: reactivation campaigns, offers by location, seasonal actions — with real measurement of results, not gut feelings.
The identification, segmentation, and commercial intelligence layer is the same in all three cases — what changes is how (or whether) your customer experiences a reward.
Identify and segment your customers, with the full commercial intelligence dashboard running, without any reward mechanic. Ideal if what you want first is to know your customer and build campaigns, and you don't want (or need) to give rewards yet.
A simple, visual mechanic: every purchase adds a stamp, and after N stamps there's a reward. It works very well in verticals with frequent purchases and consistent tickets (coffee shops, bakeries, food service).
A more flexible mechanic: every purchase adds points proportional to the amount or category, redeemable partially or fully, with customer tiers. It works best in retail with variable tickets or broad catalogs.
You can start without a mechanic and add stamps or points later, without losing any of the history you've already built.
A unified profile built automatically with every transaction, at any location in the network.
Combine conditions — location, last purchase, ticket, acquisition channel — and the system instantly returns how many customers match, along with their historical revenue. One click to save the segment or launch the campaign.
Every campaign is measured end to end: sent → opens → clicks → attributed visits → revenue.
Templates based on what you're after: high-impact offers for quick conversion, warm messaging for reactivation, or institutional updates for brand news.
Reactivate customers who stopped buying
An inactive high-value customer is worth more than several new ones — without this layer, they're invisible today.
Spot the products with the highest repurchase rate
What drives real loyalty, so you can build promotions around it.
Identify high-value customers
In most recurring-consumption businesses, a small portion of the base concentrates most of the revenue.
Measure campaigns by location
Hard numbers on how many people came, how much they spent, and how much it cost to bring them in.
Commercial intelligence designed for the real operation of a chain.
Active customers
and how they compare to last month
New customers
this week, with the channel that contributed most
At-risk customers
no purchase in 30+ days, with a one-click reactivation action
Ticket: members vs. non-members
the number that justifies the program, measurable from day 1
Acquisition by location and channel
A ranking of your most valuable customers with their revenue over the last 90 days. Identify your best locations, your best customers, and which acquisition channel delivers the most long-term value.
No matter which POS or ERP you use — the architecture adapts to your stack, not the other way around.
Customer identified at the store
The sale is recorded in your POS / ERP
A middleware sends the event to Growalty via API
The customer profile is enriched in real time
The dashboard reflects the decision instantly
We already integrate with systems like Odoo, Toast y Posberry, among others. The cashier just asks for the ID or scans the card. The rest is automatic.
We use Pipedream or another middleware of your choice — self-managed or managed by us. The integration layer is not proprietary.
Tell us which POS and ERP your locations run. On the first call we'll tell you whether the integration is standard or needs custom development, and how long it will take.
They join via QR or link. No downloads, no long forms.
They're identified. By ID at the time of purchase, or with a digital card in Apple / Google Wallet.
They buy, and if a mechanic is active, they accumulate automatically. Stamps or points, without the customer doing anything extra.
They redeem benefits (if applicable) or simply receive relevant communications as a club member.
The process is always the same: Setup → Pilot → Rollout → Optimization.
If your integration uses an open API or already-supported middleware: onboarding, pilot in 2–3 locations, rollout across the network, optimization with the first 30 days of data.
If it requires custom integration with your current ERP / POS: a technical discovery and internal validation phase is added before the pilot.
Weekly strategic guidance throughout the entire process.
We build the base from the counter, segment it with real behavioral data, and measure the impact in revenue.

Tiers, challenges, and badges on top of the base you've already built.
An additional communication channel with Meta pre-approved templates.
Apple/Google Wallet as an identification and push channel, no app required.
Issue and redeem digital gift cards, an additional sales channel.
Anonymized cases — names and logos available once results are consolidated for publication.
A 15-location coffee chain launched "double stamps on Mondays" simultaneously across the whole network. Monday traffic grew 25%, without cannibalizing other days.
A 14-location chain identified high-value customers inactive for 30+ days and launched a segmented campaign. It far outperformed the generic mass send, at a lower cost per recovered customer.
A beauty chain with 12 locations. Customers accumulate at any location and redeem at any other. Cross-selling between locations grew 40%.
For many years, loyalty was associated almost exclusively with points or discount programs. Today we believe that conversation has become too narrow. Companies need tools that let them understand their customers better and build smarter relationships with them.

Co-founder of Growalty
Our goal was never to build yet another loyalty platform. We wanted to create technology that could fit naturally into a chain's day-to-day operation and turn scattered data into concrete commercial decisions, without adding complexity to the business.

Scope, mechanics, and integration complexity vary a lot from one chain to another, so we don't publish reference pricing. Book a call and we'll put together a quote for your specific case.
